Terms and Conditions

Returns & Exchanges

Requests for exchanges and returns will be received and handled by our Customer Service team, who will make sure to provide the best service.

Below we detail the terms and conditions that apply to all returns and exchanges:

Size exchange

- Exchanges and returns can be made within 10 calendar days from the date the order is received.
- The product must be in perfect condition, without use or signs of wear and tear or damage, with labels and in its original packaging, just as it was received.
- Proof of payment (receipt or invoice) to verify purchase of the product is required.
- Once the exchange is approved, a credit voucher will be generated for the value of the product and we will exchange your product for another one with the new size requested. The original shipping fee is non-refundable and will not be included in the credit voucher. No money refunds are made.
- If you are in Lima, Peru you can do the exchange in our showroom in Barranco or by courier. Courier costs will be covered by the customer.
- If you are in another province outside Lima, you can send your product to our office, with prior coordination with our customer service team. The courier service of the new product will be done with a delivery fee of S/. 15 soles.
- Size exchanges do not apply to international purchases.

Factory defects

At hösėg we are very committed to the quality of our products and our quality control. However, if a purchased product shows a factory defect, we will immediately replace it with a new one.

- Exchanges or returns can be made within 10 calendar days from the date the order is received.
- To approve a return due to a factory defect, the product will need to go through a review and quality control process.
- The product must be returned in the same condition (packaging, labels) in which it was received. The warranty does not cover damage caused by natural wear and tear due to use or deterioration caused by misuse or improper care of the garment.
- Proof of payment (receipt or invoice) that confirms the purchase of the product must be submitted.
- Once the return is approved, the product exchange or money refund will be done, as requested.
- If you are in Lima, you can request to pick up the product or come to our showroom in Barranco.
- If you are in the provinces or outside of Peru, with prior coordination with our customer service team, you may request the product to be picked up.

Delivery / Domestic shipments

Our delivery time for Lima is between 2 and 4 business days and for provinces between 7 and 10 business days. Shipments to a province may take a little longer than usual due to the reduced staff and protocols of the current situation, we appreciate your understanding.

International deliveries

Estimated delivery time:

  • America: 2-3 business days
  • Europe: 3-5 business days
  • Asia and Oceania: 5-7 business days
  • Rest of the world: 7-10 business days

The company is not responsible for delays caused by: government restrictions, transport stoppages, unfavourable weather conditions, and other incidents that may delay the order.

For international shipments, the tariffs or taxes that are generated by the entry of any delivered products shall be paid by the customer.

All purchases made at Hosegstore.com are shipped from Peru.

Important information about taxes or duties

Please note that international shipments may involve additional fees (such as taxes, duties and/or rates) once the shipment reaches your country. Customs of the destination country determines the amounts.

The client is responsible for paying any additional fees requested by the governmental authorities.

Contacting your Customs Authority can help you find out the amount of duty-free import taxes payable in your country and/or calculate how much you will have to pay for the item you are purchasing.

If the customer refuses to receive his order due to additional charges determined by the Customs Authority, Hoseg reserves the right to charge him the costs of both shipping and returning the product, as well as any additional amount generated by the Customs Authority.

Free international shipping

The amount for international free shipping is $199, this is calculated on the sale price of the selected products, including VAT. It does not include any shipping fees.

For all orders placed on our website for delivery to international locations, your order will be shipped using DHL courier services. The shipping cost may vary with each shipping destination and shipping method. Duties, taxes and other fees are the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees will be due at the time of delivery. If the recipient fails to pay applicable duties and taxes, the package will be abandoned and hösėg will not refund the abandoned order, including any applicable shipping charges.
